This week, 30-year bond yields climbed to levels not seen since 2007 as the long end of the curve sold off as part of a global rise in yields. The selloff was doubly reflective of war concerns, both because inflation is expected to be higher and because the war’s toll on global growth is expected to mean more global debt issuance. On Friday, Kevin Warsh was officially sworn in as Chairman of the Federal Reserve, in a seat formerly filled by Stephen Miran on the Board of Governors. -8584221362501249534
