The PCE inflation data is a great example of good news that is not good enough. It took a while for traders to realize, but Fed Chairman Warsh drove the message home on Friday. He does not think policy is restrictive and he is committed to containing inflation. The only way to make sense of those two statements is to pencil in higher rates. -8584136587731136141
